At Mhimhi Unique Creations, all products are made to order. Due to the custom and personalised nature of our work, please read this policy carefully.

Custom & Personalised Products

All personalised and custom-made items (including uniforms, gifts, candles, bottles, tumblers, bags, and branded apparel) are produced strictly according to the details provided by the client.

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all information submitted is correct and accurate, including names, spelling, logos, colours, sizes, dates, and design details.

Please double-check all details carefully before submitting and approving artwork.

Mhimhi Unique Creations will not be held responsible for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the client.

Once production has started, personalised items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Incorrect or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is incorrect or defective due to an error on our side:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

Provide clear photos and order details

Once verified, we will arrange a correction or replacement where applicable.

Non-Custom Items

If a non-custom item is supplied in error, returns may be considered by agreement.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may only be cancelled before production has started.

Once design approval has been given and production has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled.

Any work already completed (design, sourcing, or preparation) may be charged for.

Cancellations must be communicated in writing via email or WhatsApp.

If a non-custom item is supplied in error, returns may be considered by agreement.
