Terms & conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern all orders placed with Mhimhi Unique Creations. By placing an order, the client agrees to the terms outlined below.

1. Orders & Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by Mhimhi Unique Creations.

An order is only considered confirmed once design details, quantities, timelines, and payment terms have been agreed upon.

We reserve the right to decline an order if requirements cannot be reasonably met.

2. Custom & Personalised Products

Most of our products are custom-made and personalised.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, including names, spelling, logos, colours, sizes, quantities, and delivery details.

Approved artwork and details are considered final. Once approved, changes may not be possible.

Mhimhi Unique Creations will not be held liable for errors resulting from incorrect information supplied by the client.

3. Design, Artwork & Approval

Design proofs may be shared for approval before production.

It is the client’s responsibility to carefully review and approve all artwork.

Approval confirms acceptance of layout, spelling, colours, and branding.

4. Pricing & Quotations

All prices quoted are valid for the period specified on the quotation.

Prices may change if order details, quantities, or specifications change.

Quotes exclude delivery unless stated otherwise.

5. Payment Terms

Production will only begin once payment requirements have been met.

Late or outstanding payments may delay production or delivery.

Orders will not be released until full payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Production & Timelines

Production timelines provided are estimates and may vary due to order size, design complexity, or unforeseen circumstances.

While we strive to meet agreed timelines, delays beyond our control may occur.

7. Delivery & Risk

Risk passes to the client once the order has been dispatched or collected.

Clients must ensure correct delivery or pickup details are provided.

Delivery fees apply where courier services are used.

8. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the custom nature of our products, returns and refunds are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, and concepts created by Mhimhi Unique Creations remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.

We reserve the right to display completed work for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

Mhimhi Unique Creations shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Our liability is limited to the value of the order supplied.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa.
